Our DNA: Zoran Pejanovic - Social Media Gourmet

Zoran has been a team member at Social DNA since mid-June 2021. Living in beautiful Mainz, Zoran has already gained his first experience in the field of content creation with his own blog Rhein-Gourmet, providing numerous readers with valuable tips on local gastronomy. Now he is taking on new challenges and supporting our team in our Frankfurt office.

How did you come to Social DNA?

After graduating, I was looking for a position to develop my skills in the field of social media marketing, building on my previous experience in the B2C sector with Rhein-Gourmet. During my search, I came across the job advertisement for Social DNA quite by chance on a portal. I was particularly impressed by the broad range of tasks, the varied clients from different sectors and the opportunity to take responsibility for my own projects in the long term.

What fascinates you about social media marketing?

What fascinates me most about social media marketing is the opportunity to try things out creatively and find out which possibilities and tools can be used to address new potential target groups and get them excited about the content. By working on my own blog Rhein-GourmetI was already able to try out one or two content formats during my studies. The possibility of using social advertising to address specific, targeted and profitable target groups fascinates me because no other area of traditional marketing allows such detailed analysis and tracking.

Why did you choose Social DNA?

For me, the decision that I would like to work for Social DNA was already clear during the introductory day. I was reassured that I enjoy working in social media marketing and that I can also familiarize myself with more abstract topics in order to achieve the best possible results.

What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?

I think one of my strengths is definitely my creative streak combined with an eye for detail. I enjoy analyzing new issues and finding small opportunities for improvement in the tasks I am given, which I can then optimize directly in the creative conception and implementation.

What dreams and goals are you pursuing?

My professional goal is to successfully enter the world of work after completing my studies and to develop my skills in social media marketing at Social DNA while enjoying the new challenges.

In my private life, I'm looking forward to going out again soon, discovering new restaurants, bars and cafés and, of course, traveling.

What do you particularly like about Social DNA?

Definitely the team spirit, which I already experienced on my first day. The fact that you can always find a sympathetic ear in the team if you have any questions and the relaxed, respectful and positive corporate culture, where there is always room for jokes.

Which drink should not be missed when toasting?

A glass of rosé is a must for the toast. As the evening progresses, you can swap the glass of wine for a glass of gin & tonic.
