OUR DNA: NEMO TRONNIER - CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

My journey goes from the initial excitement about the potential of social media, to the experience of giving social media presentations to incredulous audiences, to supporting global market leaders who suddenly all urgently needed a strategy 😉. I am firmly convinced that we can make an important contribution to achieving the overarching goals in every company with social media. Both sides need to get involved.

How did you come to Social DNA?

After seven years of building up and expanding the social media sector in digital agencies before founding Social DNA, it was time for my own agency in 2018.

What fascinates you about social media marketing?

What fascinates me about social media is its diversity and constant development. I find it exciting that as a social media marketer you need an understanding of figures, data and facts - for example in channel analyses or performance marketing - but you also need to be creative when creating content and campaigns. You also need an understanding of people and groups. Last but not least, the high innovation dynamics of the platforms also force you to constantly follow trends and technical innovations.

Why did you choose Social DNA?

The vision and mission of Social DNA has a power that will carry us far. The team fills it with life. Watching my colleagues develop makes me happy.

What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?

I have already experienced many projects and customers in a wide range of industries, sizes and content orientations. Our customers appreciate the fact that I often know how others have solved something before. My enthusiasm is also infectious 😉.

What dreams and goals are you pursuing?

As an international and ambitious team, we are top of class in all relevant disciplines of social media marketing. We provide selected partners with a competitive advantage through business-relevant social media measures. Along the way, we are establishing social DNA as a synonym for strategic social media activities. We want our contacts to ask themselves: "Does this have social DNA?" for every communication initiative.

What do you particularly like about Social DNA?

The team. The constant development. The open culture and down-to-earth attitude combined with ambition.

Which drink should not be missed when toasting?

We're in Frankfurt am Main and we're not leaving here any time soon. So I just have to say Äppler. Cheers!
