Our team grew again in the third quarter of 2020. Mine has been part of our DNA since October and will support Social DNA in giving our customers the decisive competitive advantage in social media. Mine is particularly active on the Instagram platform and is always up to date.

How did you come to Social DNA?

I completed my training at a bank as a bank clerk, but I was already particularly interested in the marketing sector during my training. Due to my creative streak, I then started studying graphic design and it was clear to me that I wanted to develop professionally. As I am very active on social networks myself, Carmelo drew my attention to the job advertisement and I saw myself in the role of Social Media Consultant. I applied as soon as I could and am happy to be sitting here now 😊.

What fascinates you about social media marketing?

It's exciting what opportunities social media offers. You literally have the whole world at your fingertips. So why not use this as a channel for your company to reach customers? A lot of know-how and strategy is required here, the fast pace means you have to keep up to date and it is precisely this challenge that fascinates me.

Due to my affinity, I really enjoy trying out lots of things myself. I had my first major success on Instagram. I have published several filters (see also our blog post on the topic of "Instagram filters") and have now achieved more than 6 million impressions and am always thrilled to see that the filters are used by different users worldwide.

Why did you choose Social DNA?

I can identify with the goal of Social DNA. There is a lot of potential in online marketing and I enjoy developing it. I attach great importance to further training and I'm in good hands here. I can use all my skills and interests to not only advance myself, but also Social DNA and our customers. There is also the social component, as 1% of sales is donated to charitable causes every year, which I think is very important.

What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?

My passion is photography and creativity. Through my "photographic eye", I look at everything from a slightly different angle and since photos and videos are the be-all and end-all in social media, the selection is very crucial for the advertisements. My creativity leads me to follow trends, but still think outside the box to be able to set possible trends.

The harmony of my interests and my social media affinity makes me enthusiastic about working in online marketing and what more could you want than to be able to go to work motivated every day?

What dreams and goals are you pursuing?

I want to be able to share and implement my ideas and visions. At Social DNA, I can get fully involved and make progress. This not only benefits the company, but also myself, and I am here to develop the potential of others and myself.

I look forward to looking back one day and seeing what a great development Social DNA has made - and me too, of course!

What do you particularly like about Social DNA?

I really appreciate the fact that we treat each other in a relaxed manner and help each other. No one feels left alone and everyone has an open ear. We enjoy our work and value professionalism and social interaction.

Which drink should not be missed when toasting?

I don't drink alcohol, but I still like to make a toast.

I'm a fan of sweet drinks - if you ask me for iced tea, I'd rather say peach than lemon.
