Our DNA: Laura Crusi - marketing all-rounder with a wanderlust gene

Laura has been part of the Social DNA team since the beginning of May 2024. After completing a banking apprenticeship, her creativity and passion for communication led her to Cologne and Peru, where she studied Media Management and Audiovisual Communication. Laura has already worked in many marketing departments and consolidated her passion for social media.

How did you come to Social DNA?

I became aware of Social DNA through a LinkedIn post by our colleague Zoran. As we have some contacts in common, I was shown his post about the vacancy. Social DNA's innovative approach and exciting projects immediately piqued my interest, which is why I decided to find out more and ultimately apply.

What fascinates you about social media marketing?

Social media marketing offers the unique opportunity to share different types of content, to get in touch with each other and to build a community. This enables both private individuals and companies to create and publish creative and appealing content. I find it impressive to see how social media is constantly evolving. The associated changes and dynamics in this area make it particularly exciting and challenging for me.

Why did you choose Social DNA?

For me, Social DNA embodies the values of flexibility, authenticity and continuous growth, which also reflect my own core values. The opportunity to combine creative thinking with strategic planning was a decisive factor for me. Another plus point is the opportunity to work flexibly and from any location, which benefits my love of traveling.

What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?

My many years of experience in customer consulting/support help me to understand and respond to customers' needs and wishes. Through my many years of experience abroad, I have also developed a deep understanding of different cultures, which helps me to communicate and work effectively on an international level. With empathy and organizational talent, I plan and execute projects efficiently and ensure good cooperation between all parties involved.

What dreams and goals are you pursuing?

I dream of having a positive and lasting impact on people and companies through my work. My goal is to develop innovative marketing strategies that offer real added value. I want to continuously educate and develop myself to realize my full potential. In the long term, I strive to lead a fulfilling life characterized by growth, meaningful activities and positive relationships.

What do you particularly like about Social DNA?

I particularly appreciate the strong sense of community and the open communication within the team. I also love the dynamism within the agency - new ideas are constantly being tried out and implemented, which makes for an inspiring working environment. It is also particularly important to me that my potential is recognized and encouraged at Social DNA. You get the opportunity here to try things out and develop yourself further.

Which drink should not be missed when toasting?

A dry white wine in spring.

In summer, a refreshing Tinto de Verano.
