Our DNA: Laila El Hamdi - El Mamouni - Behavioral expert with a focus on Gen Z
Laila has been part of our Social DNA team since May 2024. With her experience in social media marketing and training content management, Laila is the piece of the puzzle that perfectly complements our team.
How did you come to Social DNA?
After my time at Samsung Electronics, I wanted to expand my field of activity. I wanted to work for an agency that dealt with different clients and projects in order to delve deeper into the B2B sector.
What fascinates you about social media marketing?
I was already involved with social media during my sociology studies. Even back then, I was fascinated by how people are influenced, how social media works, what mechanisms are behind it and how they work. There are so many ways to reach people - on television, on posters or even on the radio. But social media is a completely different dimension. Social networks have become an integral part of our everyday and private lives. At the same time, they are a huge advertising platform. The combination of advertising and social media is really exciting. After all, advertising also has to be tailored to the specific media.
Why did you choose Social DNA?
Social DNA was the perfect choice for me as they offer exactly what I was looking for - variety, exciting challenges and the opportunity to develop my skills.
What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?
My clients can ask me anytime and I am happy to keep them up to date! I help to bring the DNA and communication of global brands to social media. My mix of strategic thinking and creative solutions makes me a successful social media consultant.
What dreams and goals are you pursuing?
I dream of constantly developing professionally - standing still is not an option for me. My goal is constantly changing as soon as I reach the next level. Whether it's my position, my level of knowledge or my skills, I'm always on the lookout for the next challenge. There is no final goal for me, because for me the journey is the goal. It's about constantly growing and reaching new heights.
What do you particularly like about Social DNA?
Above all, the interaction with each other is great. You work with colleagues and superiors as equals. You can share your knowledge, feel comfortable and exchange ideas. I believe that this is the perfect basis for knowledge to grow. Because if colleagues trust each other, their knowledge and their actions, then customers can also rely on each individual.
Which drink should not be missed when toasting?
Orange juice 🧃! Fresh, sweet and a classic. I don't think there's anything better.
