Social recruiting TikTok and Instagram advertising campaign for filling trade and commercial apprenticeships in the industry

The search for trainees in the industry is becoming increasingly difficult. With the shortage of skilled workers breathing down their necks, companies have to find new ways to attract young talent. This was particularly challenging for REHAU Automotive, as the company was separated from REHAU Industries and first had to establish itself as an independent employer brand. In January, the process of filling apprenticeship positions at the five plants (Viechtach, Schwarzenbach am Wald, Feuchtwangen, Brake and Rehau) was slow. REHAU Automotive therefore decided to work with us on a social recruiting advertising campaign via Instagram and TikTok to reach potential trainees.
